"The property has no formal address because it is on an unpaved road. So it is very hard to find up two hills on the unpaved road. The pictures are very misleading and only the bigger rooms are shown. Then there is no free breakfast, but a dirty coffee table where everyone can share the same spoon to take coffee or cocoa out of a shared instant coffee tin and take sugar out of a cork covered jar which is covered with ants as it is on an outside balcony.

"This is off the beaten path. The island is small so no need to be at the city center where it's loud and nonstop craziness. The place is quite. Book room number 203 and you'll have access to the pool from your sliding glass door. Great breakfast and helpful staff. When I return this is where I will stay. "
"Everywhere was overall a great experience. My only small recommendation would be clean the room floors better they seemed to always leave feet dirty "
"Total bait and switch. Booked months in advance only to arrive and find the main infinity pool closed and wrapped in ‘PELIGRO’ tape. No notice was given. Beyond the construction, the service is non-existent. You have to beg for basic bottled water and minibar refills in an ‘all-inclusive’ resort. Staff is hostile and dismissive. Avoid this place until they learn the basics of hospitality."
"The pool was under construction or they were remodeling it. It would be nice to know these things before hand because for us the pool was a big plus when booking our reservation. Also, they did not have hot water. They stated that they were having an inspection which they were verifying that they were not providing ocean water to the guests. We stayed for 3 nights and didn’t have hot water for the whole stay. Other than that, the people who work there were extremely helpful and polite."
"It doesn’t loock as the photos shows it,
There was a cockroach, no hot water, stained towels, some of the employees don’t even say hello.
All things considered, that hotel isn't worth the money you pay for it."
"Our stay in San Andrés was absolutely amazing! The hotel exceeded our expectations in every way. The staff was welcoming, attentive, and always willing to help with a smile. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and had a beautiful island atmosphere that made the trip even more relaxing.
The location was perfect — close to the beach, restaurants, and local attractions, while still feeling peaceful and safe. The breakfast was absolutely delicious every morning, with great variety and fresh options to start the day. The staff was incredibly helpful throughout our stay and always made sure we had everything we needed.
What truly made this place special was the hospitality. The team made us feel at home from the moment we arrived until the day we left. If you are visiting San Andrés and looking for a place that combines comfort, great service, and an unforgettable experience, I highly recommend this hotel. We will definitely be coming back!"
