Helpful reception staff, clean and well managed and convenient access to the main road. Rather disappointing that the brasserie was closed and very limited choice in the hotel dinner menu. Room was comfortable and well maintained. We have stayed at this hotel many times.

Pleasant stay in La Louvière

Great price quality relationship. Comfortable pleasant room, friendly staff. Nice room design like shower with colored lights. One electric charging slot for your car available which was a plus. Tasty breakfast, albeit overpriced. Overall very good stay.

We stayed for one night on the way to Germany. The hotel is convenient for the A7/E42. Our room was compact but very clean and comfortable. The restaurant wasn’t open, but there were a number of meals available at the small bar. After a long day in the car, we enjoyed a walk along the nearby canal.

Perfect stopover hotel with superior breakfast

Very convenient hotel just outside La Louviere with car park as well as on-street parking available. Dining options both in hotel and next door. Room was modern, spacious and functional; shower had very good water pressure. I highly recommend the buffet breakfast which is amongst the best I have ever had: lots of both cooked and continental options (freshly cooked and varied eggs on a buffet is rare) The quality of the food alone is enough to make me want to go back next time I travel in the area

They charged me city tax twice. Make sure if you pay city tax in cash that you get them to give you a receipt or they will demand you pay it again when you check out

Sehr gut mit ein paar Schönheitsfehlern

Ein noch ziemlich neues Hotel, verkehrgünstig nordwestlich von La Louviere gelegen. Hotel und Zimmer sind modern und sehr schick gestaltet. Die Zimmer sind groß, das Bad verfügt über eine geräumige Dusche, das Zimmer über eine Klimaanlage. Einen Kühlschrank gab es leider nicht. Kleine Mankos: im Bad war der Wandkasten für die Kleenex lose und kam runter wenn man am Tuch zog - eine Meldung an der Rezeption versprach sofortiges Prüfen, was aber nicht erfolgte. Im für ein Hotel gut ausgestatteten Fitnessraum war die Anzeige am Ergometer defekt, man konnte entsprechend nichts verstellen.

Accueil moyen. Il ne faut rien n'avoir à demander pour être sûr d'être servi. Problème d'insonorisation des chambres. Dommage car les chambre sont plutôt agréables en dehors de l'insonorisation.
