"Good location for walking or taking the tram into Lille. Staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Unfortunately, we didn’t have any hot water one evening and the next morning which was rectified."

"The room photos may misguide you. We stayed 2 adults and 2 children. The bed for the kids were a sofa bed. One pillow was missing and room condition was fair. One of the reasons for choosing this hotel that provides cap park space. But hotel said parking spaces are full and guided me to the same underground parking space with paid option. Evenif, there were some minor issues like mentioned above, in terms of location and price it is can be preferable for short stays. "

"We really enjoyed our stay here - the hotel was quiet, calm and ideally situated for the city centre. A short easy walk from the station and staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was great quality with plenty of choice and good coffee. "
