We had a great stay at the manoir! We took advantage of all the activities, including fishing. Staff were helpful and nice. Sad that the pool got closed for repairs during our last day.

I enjoyed my stay but was a bit dissatisfied with the lack or paucity of vegetarian options in both restaurants as well as the bar. In the diverse menu of the bar, they were out of the edemame for the duration of my stay and my choices were limited to a salad and french fries.

Initial issue with room at check-in was dealt with quickly and professionally. Very satisfied. Bar/restaurants were lightly staffed. A bit slow, distracted. After cleaning the room, no replacements of glassware, coffee mugs, additional coffee. Checkout great, pool area great. I still recommend this location.

There were limit things to do for a Fairmont property. This is a much smaller resort than I expected. There was limited staff members on hand, so we had to continually wait. There was not much to do. For dinner, I found the restaurant overpriced for mediocre food. Did not eat in the breakfast restaurant. For the price, I would stay elsewhere next time.

Beautiful setting and magnificent property and manor make the place. Otherwise has good facilities and the service was generally good. Restaurants food was good but they struggled to keep up at peak - our only complaint. We would come back in a second.

We stayed for 3 nights. Very friendly staff. Lots of activities such as tennis, mini golf, biking, walking paths. The pool is heated. We loved the steam room. The restrooms on the main floor were not well-maintained. A toilet was clogged for 2 days and there was no soap in the ladies restrooms. The room was a little cold. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

Very big complex, beautifully maintained rooms and common areas. Found the service for dinner at the bar and restaurants problematic. Took 30-45 min to receive a cheese plate. We also asked for two glasses of wine which we didn’t receive. The waitress offered us free cocktails and followed up often on our order but could only get us the wine after we finished our dish. By then, it was too late. We also had a terrible time trying to find parking. All the free parking lots were always full and we had to pay for the underground parking at the casino. Priority should be given to those saying at the hotel. We have reservations again in March and I am wondering if I should cancel them.

We did not have water bottles in the room, no bath robes, it was loud at night all night long. Bathroom was dirty. Not the best stay go elsewhere not recommended

View, building and grounds super exceptional. Felt rushed having evening drink at bar as servers appeared to be hurrying to close down and get home. Pool facility online said open at 7am but when going to facility at that time found a sign on the door saying not open until 9am.

Amazing hotel and restaurant recommendation

Fairmont properties are known for their customer attention and well-appointed hotels and this property is no exception. Our concierge Laurent was incredible and made recommendations which led us to have a more enjoyable experience than if we tried to put together our own plans. The best recommendation? Make a reservation at La Marmite Cafe & Bistro and you will not be disappointed and may dream about the meal for days to come! The Fairmont also gives you casino vouchers during your stay which adds to the fun. If there is any issue I had it was the parking lot. They were free to self-park which was great but they were all up the hills and there did not seem to be shuttles. This may make it challenging for anyone with mobility issues especially arriving late or leaving early.
