Upon stepping in the entrance and suites level, one is immediately struck with the breathtaking views of the St-Lawrence River as well as the generous volumes emphasized by the 19 feet high ceiling of the mezzanine area. The vast outdoor terrace (900 sq ft) acts as an extension to the open-concept garden level floor. The large sliding window doors allow for seamless movement from inside to outside (vice versa) and give way to the soothing sound of the stream located a few meters from the Villa. From the terrace rises a green space/land in harmony with the river.
