"This was our first time in Murcia and we loved it. The apartment had everything you need, with a lovely balcony off the master bedroom. The pool is small but was never crowded and the beach is on the doorstep. We didn’t hire a car and with restaurants every few yards along the promenade and the nearest supermarket a 15 minute walk away, we didn’t need to. We took a taxi into Los Alcazares a couple of times - just 8 euros each way - and enjoyed a meal at the Hotel Balneario, overlooking the sea....

"The apartment was very clean and tidy. The people who own it were lovely with us and could not do enough for us. the stairs up to the apartment and the roof top garden were a little on the steep side for us pensioners and the bathroom was a little bit small but other than that we enjoyed our stay."

"Booked as near the location of a wedding we were attending. Property in ideal location as close to the lagoon, beach, marina, supermarket and restaurants. No car needed as booked minibus to and from airport. Air con in bedrooms which was welcome! Lovely veranda with flowers. Hosts very approachable. We had a lovely week."

"The apartment was clean and well appointed with everything we needed for our one week stay. The weather was unusually cold and when we arrived the heaters were not turned on. The heat unit in the main living area did not work at all and was scheduled for replacement after our departure. It took all night for the apartment to heat up to a comfortable level. "The apartment is situated yards from the main mall in town and is super convenient. I wondered whether it would be quiet at night and was delighted that it was. The apartment itself was clean and fully functional. We were not short of anything at all. Even clothes-washing tablets were available, and a bottle of wine was in the fridge, too!. The stay at La Esquina (the name of the apartment) was first-class. I highly recommend it. As and when we reutnr we iwill surely see if it is available. Oh!...

"We liked our 2 day stay here. Really nice swimming pool which would be great fun for kids, and lovely garden areas. Close to the beach which goes without saying anywhere in La Manga. Pity the restaurant is closed now. Would have been very convenient. Staff were friendly and very helpful. "Real estate is great, nicely located. Internal conditions not great. 2nd bath has very low water pressure.Bring your own water boiler for coffee. The one in the property has been calcified. Allow users access off hours, it is not easy to travel here. Leave a lockbox outside. Print draw bridge schedule, draw bridge broke twice within two days."

Villa /pool ok Eating areas good / sofas absolutely awful to sit on Only five places within walking distance to eat and drink but no need to reserve anywhere because all places were empty. Lot of unfinished properties hundreds of stray cats all the flat complexes around the area seemed empty also with one or two lights on in the flats."
