THIS SPECTACULAR VILLA has a spacious and beautifully decorated efficiency studio apartment on the second floor at $1900/month, $650/week and $95/day
2 NIGHTS MINIMUM with queen bed and extra sleeping area, private terrace with great ocean views. Renting from mid November to May 31st. We overlook a small cultural community specializing in the arts, on the Tenacatita Bay in the Pacific Ocean. Only a few minutes walk down to the town center which features many shops and an artisans market on Fridays, and the beach, said to be the safest for swimming on the Costalegre.

The apartment has fantastic ocean views, fully equipped kitchen, a queen size plus a sleep sofa, and maid service three times per week. Guests have access to the swimming pool, wireless internet.

At night, visit one of several special restaurants some offering live music and dancing. Enjoy classes and workshops in painting, ceramics, language, cooking, dance and yoga. Enjoy pickle ball, tennis, boating, and fishing. Several world class resorts are located nearby. Melaque and Barra de Navidad can be reached by bus and taxi daily for additional shopping and banking. Manzanillo airport is 40 min. by taxi.

The location on expedia was incorrect and when we arrived the host was not there and we could not check in. We had to book another hotel room in the appropriate area and had no luck contacting the host or expedia. The host stole our money and we still have heard nothing. The location is extremely hard to get to and the home in unkept and dirty.

Excellent rental from all perspectives! The owner was present and efficient!

This feedback is about you VRBO and not the rental. We were shocked and dismayed at what you VRBO charge us the client. That tourism tax was particularly irritating. Other than advertising, managing the money and oversight the bulk of the work comes back to the owner. In this case you, VRBO, who even charge for a phone call if calling from Canada, are overcharging. Holding the entire amount is too much. When I booked through you I did it for two main reasons. One was paying in Canadian dollars. The second was the possibility of cancellation within two months.
