"Owner: Responsive, accommodating, above & beyond Location: Exactly as advertised- directly on the beach - easy access to restaurants & groceriesMy husband & I stayed for a week over our anniversary. Flew into Valencia, rented a car and had an easy drive down to the beach. The owner was waiting for our arrival & directed us smoothly to the parking garage. We couldn’t have asked for more - everything was perfect from start to finish!"

"The property is located right on the beach, at the end of a quiet street. Modern fittings, spotlessly clean. About a 12 min drive into Denia. There is a great supermarket less than 10 mins walk away and a couple of good restaurants. We enjoyed our time here with the only caveat being construction of a new building next door which made some 'background' noise during the day."

"The Villa is absolutely beautiful, very spacious and the large pool is great for relaxing. Plenty of bars and restaurants within walking distance. "The flat was clean, tidy and well equipped. It was secluded and very safe. We had a small front garden with loungers and the beautiful pool area to ourselves. Perfect location with about a 15 minute stroll into Moraira, the supermarkets and the beach. Beate, the landlady, was always available if we had any questions or requests. She gave us very good tips for the area. The only downside was that it didn't have a hot tub as listed and it would have made a more comfortable stay if it had mosquito...
