"Arrived 4pm, until 5pm the frontdesk didn’t found the room key. They asked me not to wait in front of the desk, she asked me to stay away in the lobby… As new room was handled, everything was good. No refrigerator"

"The room was cleaned and bed made every day. The staff were amazing, everyone was so polite and helpful. The breakfast was very nice, it would have been better if there was an option to have an omelette. Pool area is quite small but very well maintained and clean. The bar/ outside terrace was the only let down.
