"Dar Ya is conveniently located in Tunis’ medina with friendly and helpful staff, clean rooms and common areas, nice rooftop terrace, and great breakfast (both sweet and savoury options available). One downside was that the wifi was only available in the common courtyard, but not too big of a deal as there’s plenty of seating there."

"THis Hostel is in the heart of the city,s basic but everything is there if needed. Very friendly,it is run by 1 man who will make your stay a success, I was very pleased with my 3 nights stay"

"Possible fraud concern. Although I booked and paid via Expedia online, the hostel owner requested I pay cash upon arrival. I have effectively double paid for my stay and hostel did not issue an official receipt. I would recommend NOT staying here. Instead look for a properly established hotel to avoid this situation. The price and trouble were not worth it."
