"Hotel in ideal position,5-15 mins from supermarket,restaurants,beach and main square. Bus station is 3 mins walk. Checking was easy. Rooms are ok but could do with a update. Swimming pool/area was well kept. I rented a in-room safe which didn't work (battery needed replacing) went to reception and was offered a security box till it was replaced, it was replaced with-in 2-3 hours. I would stay here again because for the price it is ideal. "

"When we arrived the hosts were VERY thorough; here are the plates, knives, forks, fridge, washing machine, washing machine manuel. The tour took 30 mins! When we finallu asked, "where is the pool?", we were told to arrange a time and we could use it. When we did this the next day, we were told it was broken, and broke two days before our arrival. "The host, Jose Luis, calls the apartment "an oasis of tranquility", and for a reason. Located in the most prominent building in El Porís, it has great views to the sea and the lighthouse. "Die Wohnung ist sehr schön, hat viel Platz, einen wundervollen Ausblick und alles, was man braucht. Am Anfang hat das WLAN nicht funktioniert, aber das wurde innerhalb von 24 Stunden gelöst. "It was a beautiful and clean apartment. Its best feature was definitely the balcony with the ocean view. Every sunrise and sunset, plus the sky full of stars every night was the best of the holidays. The day of the arrival we noticed there was no airco and we freaked out. "Brilliant base from which to explore the forested North of Tenerife, just a short hop from picturesque Puerto de la Cruz and loads of good walks nearby. Good access to the main road by car, after the long switchback, but it was too much/long for a stroll to nearby La Matanza de Acentejo in the heat. Hosts Peter and Martina were friendly, but discreet and I couldn't speak more highly of their helpfulness. We had a fab one week stay."

"The crashing waves against the rocks, the view of the moon and stars late at night, and the serenity this place provides make this one of my favorite places to have stayed during our vacation trip. If you're looking to stay somewhere away from the city crowd, enjoy the ocean's sound, and are not afraid to walk a ways to your destination, this is the place to stay. I would suggest not bringing much stuff with you but instead taking only what you need. It is a small space."

"The hotel and its grounds are beautiful, and the location in Santa Cruz is perfect. My wife and I stayed here for our honeymoon and I can’t say enough good things about our experience; the staff made us feel welcome and provided excellent and friendly service. The pool, spa, and workout facilities were beautiful and the view of the hills of Tenerife were stunning.
