"I had a great experience at this hostel! It was very clean and I felt safe there. There were only four beds total in my room and a safe was provided to store bags, etc. Friendly staff and great location. "

"The plus side of the hostel: the location of the hostel was good, at a walkable distance from major tourist spots. Checking in and out were easy, and the staff was very nice. Simple breakfast was provided. The room and its private bathroom were clean and tidy. The downside of the hostel was the lack of on-site staff at night. We had a peaceful first night, but unfortunately on the second night, there was a group of extremely annoying guests who kept drinking and shouting in the common room...

"This is a beautiful, modern, well designed and spotlessly clean apartment just a couple of minutes walk from Plaza Mayor. I've sadly had to give 4 stars instead of 5, as we were very unlucky that we were allocated an apartment just inside the entrance, next to the access and lift. Externally, people and cars were passing within inches of our windows. This meant the curtains had to be permanently closed, so we had no idea what the weather was like outside.
