"I didn't like that there was no tv In the bedroom. The water was not drinkable and therefore there was no juice and tea or coffee for breakfast."

"The staff were only there until 4:30 and sent a message saying if we needed anything to call. I tried calling about the AC that wasn’t working well and to get more towels as they didn’t leave 1 for everyone in our family, they didn’t answer the call and didn’t respond to our voicemail."

"The air conditioning was not functioning in my room as it was only blowing hot air. In the other room they offered in exchange, the ac unit did not start at all. The tiny ac units affixed under the windows in both rooms look like they date back from the 80s. Had not been cleaned for ages. When I started the first unit, it sent a cloud of dust directly into my eyes which triggered allergies. I was advised that their central air system was broken, including in the adjoining pub. The hallways...

"No AC, it was soo hot I wasn’t able to have a good sleep. It was close to 29degrees with window open to the max. I had the room with the shower and the window directly to the rear of the building"

"Tout était sur la coche .Tres propres,tout est neuf.Cependant il ne faut pas se fier sur l’extérieur car s’est une ancienne maison,mais tout rénové à l’intérieur et très isolé.On entend pas nos voisins de pla cher et de deuxième étage"
