"Clean rooms and pools"

"Resort is clean, staff is amazing and always the same. We’ve been going since 2021 and love seeing the same staff year after year. I absolutely love the bed, it’s more comfy than my own at home! They have theme nights, activities during the day for kids, happy hour twice a day! They’ve added a seafood pop up restaurant four days a week which we tried and really thought the food was good. On site massage was amazing! They will also book off site excursions as well, we did deep sea fishing and had a great time and then the kitchen cooked up our catch that night. "

"Actually, the floor in my room never seemed to get clean along with the bottom of the toilet, having urine stains from before we got there. Even with that being said, the staff was so overly helpful and friendly, and kept everything outside so incredibly maintained and me and my family so well served that I am absolutely coming back to Pueblo Bonito Emerald Bay! The servers and the bartenders were incredible even above the rest of the staff! The beds were very comfortable and besides having to brush my feet off every time I got in bed the room was beautiful! Incredible views with every step. I pushed my mother all around the resort every day because we enjoyed the walk but every 15 or 20 feet another cart would stop to make sure we did not need a ride. Everyone wanted to be so helpful!"

"The staff were excellent. The breakfast wasn’t our favorite, but of course that all depends on what people like to eat so other people might really enjoy it. The best part about the pool area was the live music. I felt very safe staying here. I would definitely go back. "

"There was no internet, the bed had no top sheet, apartment was over run with ants including the bed, could have used a broom and dustpan to clean up as no maid service in 5 days, dogs running loose and crapping all over, kids running in the halls screaming till 3 in the morning, bed may as well have been a concrete slab it was so hard , could have used a small table and chairs in deck"

"The rooms were nice! The view was amazing! The staff couldn’t have been more helpful, and the food in the restaurant was so good and fairly priced! Absolutely loved my stay!"
