"Whilst the host was very affable and generally eager to assist, the introduction on the first day became a list of the things that were not working; Of the 2 Aircon units in the living area, we were advised only one was usable as the other leaked, and of the 4 ceiling fans in the living area only 2 worked. As it turned out, the 1 remaining aircon unit also leaked and so was not usable, leaving NO aircon at all in the living area, and 1 of the 2 'working' ceiling fans only ran on slow...
