Built in the 18th century, it has one of the most beautiful Canarian patios on the entire island, with a Grand Pastry Shop inside the Patio. If you are looking for a unique experience, surrounded by an unbeatable environment, this is your home. Guests will be able to enjoy the wonderful penthouse, which consists of 1 very large bedroom with dressing room and bathroom en suite, a spacious living room with kitchen cabinet, a bathroom and a large terrace.

The house is very well located, in the historic center of La Orotava and less than 5 minutes walk from the European University of the Canary Islands. Services and common areas, in the center of the town of La Orotava and close to all kinds of services in the area: supermarket, bars, restaurants, promenade, rent a car, cinema and all kinds of shops.

In the Central patio, you can enjoy a sweet and savory pastry HABA TONKA FACTORY, and you as guests can enjoy 20% when showing the receipt of your reservation From 10:00am until 20:00h

The washing machine is in the laundry room of shared use, also indicate a cot and high chair upon request and availability

Great place in historic building

We really enjoyed the adjustment and area. Lots of culture and history as well as great restaurants and not too far from the beach.

Positiv waren definitiv die Lage in Orotava und die große Terrasse, negativ leider die folgenden Punkte - Extrem hellhörig zur Straße und den unteren Stockwerken - Bett durchgelegen - Flecken unter der Matratze - diverse Käfer im Schlafzimmer / auf dem Bett entdeckt - Schlechter Geruch aus dem Badezimmer - WLAN funktioniert nicht, auch nach Kontaktaufnahme keine Lösung erzielt
