"Such an amazing hotel! The variety of pools and natural springs are so fun. Clean and spacious rooms. The breakfast buffet is awesome! We saw so much wildlife right on the property- coati, toucan, lizards and frogs. "

"Room was spotless. Staff was awesome. Property is beautiful with a little hiking trail where we saw a sloth and birds amd toads. Great for night hunting on your own. Has a creek running through it. Great views of volcano. Only downfalls, horrible cell service, even with hotel wifi. I will book again. "

"The room was fairly clean. The staff was extremely helpful. Not knowing Spanish some staff workers will translate Spanish to English on the phone app. Much of the staff spoke English though. Mr.Didre took extra care to make us feel comfortable. Thank You. "

"Amazing location, with a beautiful view of Arenal Volcano (assuming it's not cloudy and rainy). We only partially saw it since we had cloudy and rainy weather when we were there. Very close to Arenal Volcano National Park, and Arenal 1968 for more trails. Breakfast is included and is really good. We also enjoyed our dinners at the on-site restaurant, as well as the trails on the property. The trail to the waterfall was really nice. We also enjoyed our complimentary nature walk in the morning, and the paid guided night tour. From the deck outside the restaurant, you can enjoy all sorts of birds who come to the birdfeeder and also see the monkeys in the trees. The only minor issue was that the morning before our arrival, I received an email informing me that there would be a deposit of $100 for each night, which is typical and we had no issues. When we arrived, the girl at the reception said it changed and it's now $200 per night. I thought that was weird, but again had no issues since we knew it would be released in a week or so. The staff was friendly. There's a jacuzzi and a pool. Overall we had a very enjoyable stay."

"Exceptional customer service, nice remote cabin, backing onto nature and could hear the river from cabin. Private and quiet. Good location to walk to town or la fortuna waterfall if desired. Shower was ambient temperature. I was greeted with delicious pineapple juice and they accommodated my later checkout. Thank you so much. "

"Clean room. Amenities at hotel were nice. Sometimes in evening felt ignored if you were not directly in the restaurant for food. Hot tub great and individual room hot tub nice. A little bit too hot. I wish there was a way to add some cold water to moderate it. Grounds lovely and felt very private. Felt safe. Nice to walk around. Staff overall nice and helpful. Clean rooms and towels. "
