"Young family, stayed here for 1 week. Positives: The underground parking is good because the car fits with a roofbox on the roof. You can walk (10 minutes) to the Grands Montets lift. Negatives: We booked because it had a lovely looking swimming pool for our kids and the listing advertised it as an amenity. We were shocked when just before arrival we were informed (along with the self check-in instructions) that the pool would be unavailable. Turns out it hasn't been available since covid,...

"Wir sind eine Familie mit zwei Teenagern und hatten das Apartment gebucht, um eine Woche lang in Chamonix Ski zu fahren. Bereits beim Eintritt in das Chalet fiel uns ein eigenartiger Geruch auf. Beim Verräumen stellten wir fest, dass an vier von fünf Fensterbänken bzw. der Laibung schwarzer Schimmel vorhanden war. Im Bad zeigte ein Großteil der sichtbaren Fußleisten starken Schimmelbefall. Das Bad hat keine Heizung und auch keine separate Lüftungseinrichtung, dafür aber viel Holzvertäfelung....
