"The villa is spotless clean. They cleaned up the pool twice during our 1 week stay there. The location is fantastic with really great views to see the sunset. In terms of other things to be aware of: the villa next door is under construction and they did a lot of noise and dust during our stay. Also you'll need a car to go around as it is far away from any restaurants or shops. Not a problem for us, but better to be prepared. "The Villa is massive with very large rooms and just about larger en-suite bathrooms! It sits in wonderful grounds and is virtually silent both day and night which suited our requirements perfectly. There were only two of us so six bedrooms is somewhat of an overkill but the villa’s position on the island meant that we could do everything we wanted to do without spending hours driving. "Stayed in early December 2017, the villa is lovely. All facilities you need are provided by Filipe for a relaxing holiday. The area is nice and quiet but we loved that. There are a couple of larger towns close by for shops etc and we enjoyed nipping there in the mornings and having a coffee with the locals and watching the world go by. All in all a fantastic holiday, we would recommend and would definitely go back sometime. Thanks Filipe!"
