"When we arrived at the apartment and called the host he said there was an issue with the current apartment and there was another that he was going to send us to. I had read a previous review with the same situation and it just felt like it was a scam.we didn't feel safe going to another location.the host wasn't willing to work with us to help us get a refund. Please be careful when booking here."

"Include a full day for a proper cleaning session as the time between one family and the other is not much. This was confirmed by the cleaning ladies that argued no much time to clean properly. We found some cleaning issues : bathroom, shower, bed sheets. We needed to wash and dry all sheets to avoid itches. Besides this, the owner was very active and sent back the cleaning team. Everything was clean again and the request was politely attended."

"Perfect for a stay in El Tunco! The apartment is centrally located, just minutes from the beach, restaurants, bars, and local vendors. It’s spacious, ultra-clean, and the kitchenette is well-equipped with most of the utensils and cookware needed to prepare meals in-house. The traffic noise during the day can be a little annoying, but it does quiet down in the evening. Communication with the host was excellent from start to finish. "Sometimes a 4 star rating is better than a 5 star. The water was shut off for the whole building. Not good but Roberto did a great job finding us a place to find another place for a day. The space was fantastic. If the water was on the whole time I would give it 5 star plus. "
