Great in town location close to all restaurants and shops. Very nice rooms. Important to keep the curtains closed when out of the room as the sun heat overwhelms that AC. Breakfast service typically included was very good. Calm and relaxed atmosphere. Concierge and front desk personnel very attentive.

Amazing views for rooms on level 2-4. Staff was just so attentive, friendly and responsive. Truly an amazing staff! Natalia went above and beyond to help us and upgraded us! Breakfast included was a bonus. Centrally located and easy access to food and shopping. One thing to note, standing water on the grounds with lots of mosquitos. And towels are not so soft. They could use an update.

I’ve been wanting to stay here since they opened. Overall easy check in and was able to get in a bit earlier. Room was comfortable and AC was the perfect temp. wi-fi doesn’t waist in the room or the pool area. Very slow and mainly works in the lobby area. Breakfast was very tasty, portions were perfect and juices were fresh. Lunch and dinner was also tasty and fresh. Pool area was clean and pictures online are repeated exactly how you would expect it to be, saw some lizards around. Lots of staff around and helpful when need be. Main thing that could have been mentioned was there was an event happening one night and the music was very loud until 11pm. This wasn’t mentioned during check in and would have liked to be notified. I’d definitely stay here again during any season. Close by the main strip and across the street from the beach.

I enjoy this hotel. The grounds are peaceful and well designed. The food is good at the in house artfully designed restaurant, the staff is attentive and valet parking is very easy. The rooms are comfortable and depending on which one you are in, they are spacious. The bathrooms are fine, maybe a little dark and the layout could be better.

This beautiful hotel was such a relaxing stay. We traveled as a couple and found this place to be very quiet with an attentive staff. Great place to stay if you want to be near great food, some nightlife, and a short taxi ride from the beaches.

The hotel has some great qualities, but there are definitely areas that need improvement. The hotel’s design is beautiful, with a stylish aesthetic that gives the property a unique character. The room itself was spacious, comfortable, and nicely designed. The rooftop is the highlight of the property—the sunset views are absolutely beautiful and well worth visiting. Pricing was also reasonable for the experience. However, housekeeping was disappointing. The room didn’t feel as clean as it should have, and the shower curtain was stained and clearly due for replacement. Water pressure in the shower was also quite low, which made showering less enjoyable. The evening turndown service was also underwhelming. While the hotel does provide it, it was very poorly executed during our stay. The room was essentially left as it was, so it didn’t add any value to the experience. Overall, it’s a beautiful, well-designed hotel with a lot of potential thanks to its rooms and incredible rooftop, but it could significantly improve the guest experience by paying more attention to cleanliness, maintenance, and service consistency.
