We have stayed two times at this hotel because is just a few blocks from el malecón. Very clean, central and has its own parking. Buffet is always plentiful and great flavor. I love our stays here

I really enjoyed the location here and the room was clean. They were doing construction when I arrived which was unsettling but the manager immediately had them stop (thank goodness!). Food and staff were nice. Only downside was pool was full of dead bugs. Wish I could of gone in.

I had such a great experience staying at this hotel. From the moment I arrived, the staff was incredibly hospitable, welcoming, and attentive. They went above and beyond to make sure my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. The service was excellent, the atmosphere was pleasant, and I truly felt valued as a guest. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would love to stay here again in the future.

The food was amazing. Lots of daily varieties rooms are clean. Staff are attentive and willing to go out of their way. Great location. Although price increase significantly from a year ago still worth it. Feels safe.

Free breakfast was good with variety and quality - much better than most free breakfast in hotels in the US. I liked their Mexican flavor on food items. Servers at the breakfast were attentive and kept the dining place clean all the time. Only one request is that I would like to have some lactose free items - without dairy or cheese.

The hotel is in a great location, very close to the board walk. It is close to the main church and plaza. You can walk to restaurants and coffee places. Breakfast is well served and with good variety of options to start the day.
