A surprise! It is beautiful. And worth taking the subway in the sky. People are extremely nice. Altitude medication a must.

I was supprised by the beautiful structure of the city. I did not meet any problem walking the city. I meet nice people there. I recommend La Paz. FYI, there is a visa requirement for USA citizen which will cost $160. One can get visa at the Airport.
