"I really only had an issue with front desk staff. We had arrived 3 hours prior to check in, the manager set us up with a parking card so we could leave our vehicle and return later to check in. He had told me to check back in by phone un a couple of hours which I did and most likely there would be a room ready. When I called hours later the clerk was not friendly not helpful and because I did not have my reservation number she would no longer talk to me, she transferred me to her co worker who also proceeded to tell me that I wasn’t going to get an answer on room availability by just using my name. He had even refused ID over the phone. I did not appreciate the tone in which they spoke. When we did physically make our way back to the hotel the room was still not ready but their attitude was more professional. This was a first bad experience I had at this hotel"

"Just a spectacular hotel! Friendly staff, lovely lobby, bar with good food, clean rooms, free parking all at a very reasonable price. I always try and stay at this hotel when I travel to Ottawa, regardless of where my meetings are. I’ve yet to try the golf course, but it looks spectacular!"
