"Ugly neighborhood but once in, a fantastic place. It was small but ok! The location is close to all. The pool area is dantastic and expised to full sun. I am hoping that something bigger is also available to rent. Perjaps a one or even two bedroom. It was right next to our all time favorite place to order chicken. I have know the owner for years. "I’ve stayed here in 2021, I love Sayulita and this is one of my favorite places to stay. Now they have room service from Sur38 which you get credit for staying there and a discount! Juan and Aaron were super attentive to all my needs. Highly recommend this place. The infinity pool has a beautiful view, and it’s walking distance to EVERYTHING! Did I mention that there is a hammock in every room?!"

"We were very disappointed in the kitchen and tools provided. Also the pool was very cold. The patio furniture was dirty as well as the patio tile. During our stay the only patio table was being painted and that took 3 days at which time we couldn’t use the patio. We stayed for 9 days and were only offered fresh linens and towels on the 7th day. Also no hot water in the kitchen so made it difficult to clean up after coffee and breakfast. I would not recommend this property for an extended stay"

"We loved this place! It’s located in a local neighborhood with a short walk to town. We loved the pool and roof top deck, the place was immaculate. We were only staying one night in Sayulita and didn’t need the kitchen, but we were grateful for the full size refrigerator and amenities. We will definitely come back!"
