"Our stay was great here and the apt served our needs well. Pool was clean and nice to hang out at. The apt balcony was narrow and wouldn't fit a chair or table, but the pool space was so nice and no one was ever there, so that was an easy place to hang out outside instead. Neighborhood is safe. No noise from the neighbors could be heard from inside the apt, though you can hear some roosters in the morning. It takes about 15 min to walk to the beach from the house and feels very safe. "I’ve stayed here in 2021, I love Sayulita and this is one of my favorite places to stay. Now they have room service from Sur38 which you get credit for staying there and a discount! Juan and Aaron were super attentive to all my needs. Highly recommend this place. The infinity pool has a beautiful view, and it’s walking distance to EVERYTHING! Did I mention that there is a hammock in every room?!"

"We were very disappointed in the kitchen and tools provided. Also the pool was very cold. The patio furniture was dirty as well as the patio tile. During our stay the only patio table was being painted and that took 3 days at which time we couldn’t use the patio. We stayed for 9 days and were only offered fresh linens and towels on the 7th day. Also no hot water in the kitchen so made it difficult to clean up after coffee and breakfast. I would not recommend this property for an extended stay"
