"It does what it needs to do - a bed before or after a flight - but absoly nothing else. Far too expensive for what it is at least for my stay (I guess there were many events in Sydney). It is clean, but just a bit depressing. "

"The cleanliness of the room service is quite inadequate. They are not completing the entire cleaning process. On the final day of my stay, I misplaced my face cleanser bottle. I reported this to the front desk, and they confirmed that they had not seen the face cleanser bottle and do not discard guests' belongings. I stayed for four nights, but the loss occurred only on the last night. I feel that their honesty is questionable. I hope the hotel management will take this matter into consideration."
