"Check in was great and the lady that checked us in was very nice. But the second day our key cards were deactivated and the guy at the counter tried to say we didn’t book for two days. After some research he realized he was wrong and gave new key cards but this was not an ideal situation. He was not as friendly as the lady that checked us in. The room was spacious and nice. I do like this hotel."

"Quiet property. Bed was good for the price point. Room was clean but could benefit from a deep clean. This is an old roasside motel. Nothing fancy. Shower was tiny with cool old glass block walls and pink tiles. Cool in a retro sense. The walls could use a total paint job. Poorly exicuted touch ups have the walls looking dirty in lots of spots. The staff was very friendly, especially the gentleman working the desk. Overall, if you need a place to crash because youre in Bend for activities, save...

"Close enough to downtown (but it felt a little dodgy waking there, crossing under train tracks) on a road with a lot of restaurants and a Safeway. Not the most recent, with the walls on the thin side (we could hear the TV in the other room). Nice welcome from the people at the desk. We wanted a place to stay that was a good jumping point and affordable, and that is what we got. "
