"Location is great. Staff was friendly the 1 hour of early access was great for the kids. There are not a lot of dining options later in the evening at the property, and only one restaurant in the park that accommodates later dining. Also the gym is in bad shape, a lot of the weight machines are broken and the floor had water damage bucking the floor. The sauna and steam work do not work at all and are not completed yet. "I was very disappointed that there were no disabled parking spaces at the front of the hotel and that I was asked to pay for underground parking as soon as I registered at the reception. Many other hotels offer free parking for disabled guests and these are often located very close to the reception."
