This terraced house of 68m² consists of a TV lounge with an electric fireplace, an independent kitchen equipped with all the necessary household appliances to make you feel at home: fridge-freezer, dishwasher, induction hob, oven, microwave oven, filter coffee maker and Nespresso capsule machine, toaster, kettle and electric griddle, an independent WC completes the ground floor.



On the first floor you will find a double room (2x90) with a private washbasin, passing through the master suite (160) with a bathroom and especially a small balcony with a lovely view of the sea and the pine trees.



For maximum comfort, board games are made available. A washing machine, hair dryer, table and iron are provided, and on the two well-exposed terraces, garden furniture, a parasol, a charcoal barbecue, and a few sun loungers.



You will be able to park for free on the street in front of the house, and secure your bicycles on the enclosed terrace.
