This large 180m² holiday home is on one level and features 2 double bedrooms with garden access (1x160) (2x80), a triple bedroom with a double bed (140) and a single bed (90) and in the basement a triple dormitory bedroom (1x140 + 1x90) for a capacity of 10 people.



Comfortable, the lounge dining room provides direct access to the garden and is equipped with a TV and WIFI connection, you can enjoy the fireplace with wood available. The independent kitchen is equipped with an electric cooker as well as all the necessary appliances so you feel at home (fridge-freezer, microwave, oven, filter coffee maker, Tassimo coffee maker, dishwasher, toaster, kettle...). A complete bathroom completes this floor. A hairdryer, washing machine and iron are also at your disposal for maximum comfort.



In the basement you will have access to the bedroom and an independent shower room and toilet as well as the garage, which also has a shower for your returns from fishing or the beach. Garden furniture, a children's area and an electric plancha are available.
