"The villa in itself is nice although there was a big problem when we arrived because we couldn’t get the early check in as we arranged, we asked if we could sit in the garden with our cases (this was around 1pm and we were told no. There were nine of us with four cases so we couldn’t do anything except go to the beach, people must have thought we were mad on the beach with cases but we just wanted to try to enjoy our holiday. After getting the keys at 4pm we found air conditioning was leaking...

Tuvimos un problema con fugas de agua al utilizar la grifería de la cocina, el sumidero estaba atascado y el desagüé tenía también perdidas de agua, era bastante incómodo utilizarlo aparte del consumo de agua innecesario. Además, la barbacoa se encontraba bastante sucia. Se informó a la inmobiliaria en varias ocasiones de estos problemas y de otras imperfecciones del apartamento que desconocían, aportándoles...

"Hotel, whilst a little tired, was spotless. Like a lot of Spanish cities, Reus is a grid system and the hotel was on a corner. The main square was approx 300 meters walk. There is an attached cafe within the hotel but wasn't open on 3 days of our stay, which was a pity as it was very good. Overall, very good value. "
