The hotel staff has zero flexibility and sensitivity. I had to cancel my trip due to a positive Covid test I got 24 hours before my trip. The hotel was zero flexible to cancelations under out of control situations like this one. I totally understand they need to make money, but I was open to pay a penalization. They did not accept and charged me all the nights even though I tried to negotiate and had all medical proof about my illness. Fortunately, my credit card covered me. But hotel was zero flexible. If you are planning to stay here, make sure your credit card has the insurance for cancelations due to illness or out of control situations, otherwise if tou get sick 24 hours before your arrival -and this can happen to anyone- the hotel won't support.
