"The pictures were deceiving, it appeared nothing like what was posted the cleanliness of the building and room in general left a lot to desire. The mattresses were horrible, thin you can feel the strings. Gaining access to the building and room was easy."

"Overall, we enjoyed our stay. The house itself was beautiful, some what clean, and comfortable. Having Walmart right next door was a huge convenience, and the neighborhood was very quiet, peaceful, and relaxing. There were a few issues that prevented this from being a 5-star experience. The pool was on a timer schedule, which significantly limited our ability to use it. The pool would shut off every 3-4 hours and then shut off completely at 11:00 PM, then restart at 11AM so after spending the day out and returning in the evening, we weren’t able to fully enjoy the pool. Additionally, the waterfall feature never worked during our stay. We contacted the host about it, and although we were told maintenance would come by, no one ever showed up. Another disappointment was the water, which never got truly hot and remained only lukewarm throughout our visit."

"Atlantic Sands Oasis was a wonderful home base for our family vacation in Puerto Rico.Javier and Lupe are exceptional hosts. We were fortunate to meet Javier during our stay and truly appreciated his warmth, responsiveness, and hospitality. He even helped arrange a deep-sea fishing trip for four members of our group to depart from the marina 3 minutes from the property. We traveled with a group of 14, and the layout worked beautifully for us. We loved having the pool, hot tub, beachfront location, and rooftop gathering space. Our days were filled with volleyball, cornhole, and basketball in the pool, and our evenings were spent on the rooftop enjoying dinner and sunsets.A few things future guests should know:• The spiral staircases to the pool level and rooftop are steep and narrow, so it would be difficult for anyone with mobility issues.• Sand fleas were very active during our stay, especially at dusk.• The property sits on a busy road, and road noise was noticeable when we were inside• The washer and dryer work but are older, and cost 1.50 per load.• Indoor seating is limited for larger groups, but the rooftop comfortably accommodated our family for meals and gatherings.Some favorite nearby activities and restaurants:• Cueva del Indio• Cueva Ventana• Gozalandia Falls• Bermudas • Islote Beach Bar & Grill• Salitre• SimpleWe made wonderful memories here and are grateful to Javier and Lupe for this authentic Puerto Rican escape!"

"Property was clean and comfortable. Only downside - the room had no window, as it appears to be a renovated office property. Looks like the ground floor rooms have no windows although the second floor rooms look to have them. Very friendly gentleman at the front desk. Stayed one night in our journey around the island."

"La limpieza bien, recomiendo que halla microondas por cada habitación ya que hay nevera pero entonces si uno anda con niños y hay que calentar alguna comida no hay donde calentar la misma. En el área de la piscina la fuente no funcionaba y no hay ninguna área con sombra ni ninguna sombrilla al menos en las mesas de la piscina. Por lo demás bien."

"Le hace falta mucho cariño al lugar, el baño de la piscina horrible, tapado y con escrita, áreas sin pintar y llenas de moho, habitación con puerta de madera qué se podía ver a través de ella, trabajos de electricidad muy mal hechos , cables por fuera del cemento, no vuelvo."
