"Nice new building with a lovely pool and pool deck. Only downsides were: it was a fairly long hike north or south to the nearest towns. So be prepared to walk unless you have a car. Kitchen was missing some basics. I would also suggest a few more amenities in the suite such as a few books to share; an info sheet on things like the wifi code, what to do with garbage, etc. Otherwise we really enjoyed our stay."

"Very good location. Our host responded very quickly to our questions. My only constructive criticisms are, salty water in tap water, thinking maybe water softener is turned up too high causing salty water. Hair dryer would be nice. We loved the space, cleanliness and overall location of the property and would definitely consider staying there again."

"This is our 2nd time staying at this lovely slice of paradise. The accommodations are top notch. The location is nestled in a community that is perfectly placed on the beach between 2 towns-each a short walk to restaurants & shopping. Our 2nd fl. apartment was spotless & the beds, pillows & linens were super comfy. We swam in the pool, lounged on the beach & kayaked/paddleboarded to the small island across the bay numerous times. "We had stayed in a studio last year and returned this year with family. We stayed at Amanda’s condo for a week in November. We had a 2 bedroom/2 bathroom condo. Lots of room for 4 adults, air conditioning worked well, very clean& comfortable beds.It was a perfect holiday. Great location- easy walk to the beach and La Penita. Bit of a hike to downtown Guayabitos but as doable. Judith was available to answer any questions we had. Would love to return to Guayabitos & Amanda’s condo again next year"

"Insanely beautiful house and view. I can’t say enough about this rental. It’s as gorgeous as the pictures. The staff is onsite and very helpful. It’s a bit of a walk in town but didn’t stop us. The subdivision is lovely. Bed was lovely, shower had hot water, necessities were there…….everything is as pictured. Sat in the 2 rocking chairs for 10 days!! Thanks to all."
