"The house and location are good. Beware of the false advertising. You get no access to the garage. There is a second Casita in your driveway that could be rented by other people while you’re there. The pool is freezing cold, and they only tell you once you check in that it’s $150 per day to heat it. The only way to get the hot tub turned on and off is to call the property manager and have them do it remotely. It took about three hours to get it up to temp on the first car. "We walked into the home expecting it to be clean. It was not. Someone had stayed there and they never cleaned it. When I notified the owner he didn’t respond until hotels.com reached out to him. I was then told to give him an hour to make it right in which time he told me everyone was gone so I can stay at the dirty place or leave. He reached out two hours later to be condescending and rude. It was awful. Attached are a few of the stuff around the house. "
