Great location and safe area

Close to where you’ll probably want to be, and it’s within a gated community. Host was also very accommodating to all of our requests

Amazing place - will definitely stay again!

This was our second stay at Legacy Villas and first time in this villa - will definitely rebook. Comfortable beds, clean, well-stocked (even had some kids games!) and beautiful views out every window. Can't wait to come back!

Dream Property in La Quinta

Spring Break!

We took a spontaneous trip during our Spring Break Holiday. The villa was wonderful! It was clean, nicely appointed, quiet and full of natural light. Char was thoughtful and easy to communicate with. We look forward to another relaxing stay in the near future!

A perfect desert getaway from chilly San Francisco

Charlene’s home was just as perfect as the pictures. Spacious, clean, comfortable, and well appointed. Really enjoyed the time spent at the multiple pools while the guys played golf at LaQuinta Country Club. We had a wonderful 4 night stay, and will definitely be back.

our visit to the beautiful villa hosted by Chad was an amazing experience. After many years of renting homes I have to comment that Chat and the property are top notch! my family and I plan to visit this property as much as we can. Highly recommend.

What an amazing stay!

We absolutely loved our wonderful Legacy Villa home. Our family of 2 adults and three children were treated to luxurious and beautiful accommodations. The owners thought of everything we might need. The many pools and grounds were immaculate and the surroundings quiet and lovely. Close to everything, Palm Desert and Old Town La Quinta. We hope to return again next year!

Char's home was clean, comfortable, well equipped and in a quiet location in the Legacy complex. We enjoyed a walk to Old Town and the beautiful light cast upon the mountains as the sun set. Char was the most responsive and helpful owner I have ever rented from and I would gladly rent from her in the future.

Secluded, very comfortable and well decorated

We loved staying at this property. It is very clean and homey and among all properties is definitely top tier. Within Legacy Villas which I had never stayed at before it is in the far back right, right next to the walking trails by the mountains. There is a small pool right across the street from the villa, but if you want to use the main pool it is a bit of a trek especially with a two year old. The main pool is nice though because there are water installations the kids can play with and a kids pool with a walk in entrance. We ended up liking that more than I thought so driving over wasn't the best but it was manageable. There were two cockroaches my husband caught on the second day, but Char was very quick to respond and offer her guy to come out. It seemed this was a surprise due to the heat because the villa is sprayed monthly according to Char and we didn't see any others for the duration of our trip. The kitchen was well stocked, but no tupperware which was a little surprising. The beds were comfortable but the sheets were a little scratchy so I was glad I brought my pillow from home. All in all it was a great stay and I would definitely stay again! Thanks Char!

Lovely and Comfortable!

This wonderful villa is located in a quiet part of the Legacy Villas complex. Yet... there were two different pools to choose from just a few steps away. The unit itself is clean, updated well kept and very spacious. We are a family of 5 and had plenty of room for everyone to spread out. Having coffee provided was a treat for me since I am the only coffee drinker in the family. It was super easy to just pop a pod in and push a button each time I wanted a cup! The kitchen was well stocked and we had plenty of space in the kitchen to prepare meals. The only thing I missed at all was a griddle for pancakes, but a skillet worked fine. The living area was comfortable with a large, cozy couch and pillows. The covered patio outside is well equipped with a large bench and grill. The kids played board games out there and we enjoyed a meal or two as well. The beds were all super comfy and the linens were just right. We all slept so well! The decorative touches made this unit feel like a welcoming home and not a rental unit. The owner’s attention to detail makes this villa shine! Char was thoughtful and helpful... always available for questions and made sure the villa was at a comfortable temperature when we arrived. Thank you for the wonderful stay!!

La Quinta Golf Getaway

This Property was perfect for my spouse and two other couples. Each master suite had its on coffee maker and fridge. Check in an out easy and pool across the street. Definitely recommend this property. It had everything we needed to stay in one night and BBQ.

Char has a beatifuly place. It is very clean and well located within a gated community. The community is very private and quiet with access to mutiple pools and club house. It has a stunning view of the mountains that surround it. Will definitely return.

Great stay in La Quinta!

This villa was perfect for our trip! We hadn't traveled much through COVID, so we wanted to make sure that a vacation property was clean and safe. There are several pools on the property, and we never had an issue finding one that wasn't crowded. Everyone we met on the property was very nice, and the grounds are really well maintained. The villa itself was clean and comfortable. We had plenty of space, kitchen accessories, and games for the kids. We will definitely be back!
