The space
This delightful vacation house has 5 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms, modern décor and and provides a private escape. The property is surrounded by walls and has a private entrance/gate. Within the walls, it feels as if you have entered your very own private resort. Once inside the property, you will find ample space that includes a pool and spa, basketball hoop, playground areas, gas BBQ grill, lounge chairs, outdoor dining with plenty of room to socialize, unwind and relax. The house provides plenty of room for big groups and is ideal for families. You will find nice upgrades all throughout the house. The decor gives a resort feel and the upgrades of the home provide luxurious accommodations. Large open living spaces, exposed wood beams and endless windows with views of the pool and mountains are just a few of the amenities. There is also a fireplace, a full kitchen with professional grade appliances, beautiful bathrooms, large utility/laundry room and a built in fort with slide in an extra bedroom.

Other things to note
Pool heat is not optional Oct through April. During these dates the pool WILL be heated up to 85 during your stay for a charge of $199/night and unlimited use of the spa for $49/night. The pool heat and spa fee will be charged per night for all reservations Oct through April so that the pool and spa will be available at unlimited use. Reservations May-Sept will not be charged for pool heat. There will only be a small nightly fee for spa use.
Optional fees:
Pet fees $200/per pet

Also, A contract will be emailed out via doc-u-sign and it will need to be electronically signed. We require the id of the person who booked.

Lastly, check in and check out times are flexible as long as no other guest is leaving and/or arriving on the same day. If there is a booking on the same day then guest will be required to check out by 11am. Same goes with check in. I will work with you the best I can but it takes awhile to turn the house over for the next guest.

Minimum age requirement is 25. Renters required to sign a lease and provide a copy of their ID.

Per the City of La Quinta, NO music is allowed to be played OUTSIDE at any time.
(LQMC Section 3.25.070) Fines are subject up to $5,000 and to be paid by tenants. City quiet time is from 10PM to 7AM.
