Casa Agave is located within the exclusive PGA West, Greg Norman neighborhood in La Quinta, CA. This villa features 3,900 sqft of open concept living space with 5 guest suites, 4.5 bathrooms, and comfortably accommodates up to 12 guests.
The outdoor living spaces of Casa Agave provide the finest in resort-style amenities within a private villa setting. Anchored by the large saltwater pool with integrated spa and tanning shelf, the outdoor areas also boast an al fresco dining space, fire pit, putting green, gas BBQ, chaise lounge chairs, abundant sitting areas and free-standing umbrellas. Custom floor-to-ceiling glass doors open to the villa's beautifully remodeled and adobe-style interior. Entertain with family and friends in the oversized living room with smart TV, sonos sound system, ample seating with a plush sectional sofa, wet bar and open concept design that leads into the kitchen and dining area with seating for 10. Additional common space is located adjacent to great room area with billiards table and easy access to the interior courtyard with ping pong table. The thoughtfully equipped and designer Chef's Kitchen offers a gas cooktop, double oven, and large refrigerator. The custom island provides additional seating for indoor dining, as well as space for casual gathering during meal preparation.

Five exquisite bedrooms accommodate up to 12 guests at this desert villa. All bedrooms include king beds with Tuft and Needle “Mint” mattresses, smart TVs, luxury linens and en suite bathrooms with hair dryers. We want you to feel confident when renting a TRAVLR Vacation Home. As a result, we have enhanced some of our cleaning procedures in the interest of our Guests' and Employees' health and safety. Currently, we spend between 4-16 working hours to clean each rental property after every reservation and have enhanced our check-out cleaning procedures to pay close attention to all details, specifically disinfecting all surfaces with anti-bacterial solutions. We frequently change all HVAC filters and clean pools twice weekly to help ensure optimal cleanliness as well. Our vendors and staff are equipped with protective gear such as face masks and gloves to maintain the safety of all parties.
All TRAVLR Vacation Homes guests have access to our 24/7 guest experience line, a dedicated hospitality manager, and hotel-grade amenities.
Close by is the Stadium Course Club House with full dining, bar, lounge and patio (with fire pit) which overlooks the final hole of the course. It's a great place for happy hour before you head into town! If you are looking to play golf at PGA West there are three public courses to choose from; The TPC Stadium, The Greg Norman and The Jack Nicklaus Tournament.
LOCATION
Walking distance to the Empire Polo Fields for all the equestrian activities and Coachella and Stagecoach music festivals; minutes from the La Quinta Resort, Indian Wells Tennis Garden, Old Town La Quinta, and all the La Quinta golf courses. Highway 111 is down the street, with Costco, Target, Coffee Bean, and Starbucks, among many other chains and local favorites. Less than 10 minutes form I-10, you can quickly head to Palm Springs, nearby casinos and other Coachella Valley destinations.

WHAT TIME IS CHECK-IN AND CHECK OUT?
Check in is after 3PM local time, and check out is no later than 11AM. Early check in and late check out may be available for your reservation upon request. Please reach out for the cost and availability.
WILL I NEED TO MEET THE PROPERTY MANAGER TO GET A KEY?
All TRAVLR Vacation Homes have keyless locks. This keyless system allows entry into the vacation rental through the issue of a “code” rather than a physical key. The code changes for every reservation so it is an incredibly safe alternative. By issuing the code prior to arrival, the check-in process is much easier.
DO YOU PROVIDE DAILY CLEANING SERVICE?
TRAVLR Vacation Homes provides a departure clean on all stays. A mid-week or mid-stay clean can be provided for an additional fee.
CAN WE HAVE THE POOL HEATED?
Your reservation "resort fee" includes the cost of pool heat (up to 80-82 degrees). This fee is not included on Airbnb bookings.
WHAT IS PROVIDED WITH MY ACCOMMODATIONS?
All of our vacation rentals are furnished and have a kitchen with amenities including a microwave, coffee maker, toaster and blender. Each property is stocked with cooking and serving items including plates, bowls and utensils, as well as a can opener, corkscrew measuring spoons and more. The coffee maker takes ground coffee and we also offer a spice rack, salt and pepper.
There are bath towels, pool towels and bed linens. We also provide an initial supply of trash liners, toilet paper, hand soap and dishwasher soap. Bathrooms are stocked with shampoo, conditioner and liquid body wash. Laundry facilities are also equipped with laundry soap and dryer sheets.
CAN I SHIP A PACKAGE TO MY VACATION HOME?
We do not recommend shipping directly to the home, we do not have mailbox keys, and there are many different people with access to the home: vendors, housekeeping, Guest Services staff, etc... so we cannot be responsible for packages once delivered.
DO YOUR HOMES HAVE OUTDOOR MUSIC SYSTEMS?
TRAVLR Vacation Homes does not permit any amplified music outdoors at any time (day or night), including, but not limited to cell phones, bluetooth speakers, or outdoor TV's. This includes any amplified sound indoors that can be heard outside. City fines start at $6,000 and are strictly enforced.
DO YOU ALLOW PETS?
PENDING APPROVAL, we allow for up to two pets per property for a fee of $150 per pet.
The property has exterior security cameras for guest safety and home protection. Vrbo requires hosts to inform guests of any such or device. These surveillance devices are only located on the exterior of the property.
