Beautiful and well maintained 2300sq ft Villa in the peaceful community of Signature~ at PGA West. Surrounded with gorgeous mountain views and starry night skies. Friendly community that is gated and guarded for added security.
This Villa is good for couples, business travelers, families, and groups.
4 Bedroom/en suites with a half bath. (4BD/ 4.5 Bth)

Living Room: A comfy couch that seats 9. A mounted 77" 4k Sony TV with a sound bar and Subwoofer. Games for adults and children.

Kitchen: Fully functional with stainless steel appliances, pots and pans, air fryer, pressure cooker, toaster, utensils, dishes, Coffee maker and Keurig with pods. Seats 3 at the bar.

Dining Room: Large wooden table, seats 6.
Primary Bedroom #1: Downstairs, King Bed dual sinks, large shower, private patio, mounted 70" TV and led lights.

Bedroom #2 Upstairs, Queen Bed, WFH desk, mounted 55" TV private bathroom w/ shower, private balcony, led lights- fun for kids.

Bedroom#3 Upstairs, 2 Full Beds, WFH desk, mounted 55" TV, private bathroom w/ shower , walk in closet and led lights.

Bedroom#4 Upstairs, King Bed, 2 chairs that convert into additional sleeping space, WFH desk, mounted 55" TV, private bathroom w/ shower, small single standing balcony and led lights.

We Loved It!
Our group of 8 had a fantastic stay during Stagecoach weekend at this accommodation. The hosts were very responsive to our inquiries. The house was wonderful, providing each couple with their own room and bathroom for getting ready. The spacious downstairs area was perfect for our group gatherings. Additionally, the location was conveniently close to the music festival, it was organized and clean. Would highly recommend and hoping to return next year!
