Looking for a comfy, luxurious experience in PGA West? Gated in PGA West's newest community, Signature, is only a few years old. It is a spectacular, 2 bedroom + loft (Loft pics are in as office category). This corner location gives lots of light and mountain views.Plush furniture and comfy beds the primary bdrm has a king bed, and is en suite, the 2nd bdrm has a queen bed, & the spacious loft has 2 futon sleepers. Bdrms, great room, and loft all have 75" tv's. There is also a desk, laundry room, & 2 car garage. The kitchen has a Nespresso, Keurig and regular coffee pot, so I have you covered there :) Mixer, blender, baking, cooking sheets, pots, check! The community pool is impressive with lap swimming lanes, tables, loungers, BBQ's, and a fitness room. There is also a front private patio with 2 loungers and a table for 2 with mountain views. You can walk to Ernie's from the property out the back gate, which is a fan favorite! This home is truly designed for luxury living!
