This spectacular 3 Bed/2 Bath condo has a den that functions as a 3rd bedroom and sits beautifully on the 8th fairway of the Palmer Course at the Palmer Residence in PGA West. Breathtaking Mountain views overlooking the fairway will amaze you from sunrise to sunset. This classic home is exceptionally comfortable and has many points of enjoyment. Take a seat and relax on the oversized L-shaped couch to watch your favorite TV show or movie in HD. Grab a cup of coffee or your favorite beverage and head outside, surrounded by the majestic mountains and flawless course landscaping. This condo is just a few steps away from one of the Palmer Resident pools and spas heated to the ideal temperature year-round. Oak Hill is a fabulous vacation home; you will want to return yearly.

The dining room has seating for 6 and a kitchen bar for 2. The Living Room is spacious, comfortable, and luxuriously appointed with a gas fireplace, a large 42" HD flat-screen TV/DVD, Wi-Fi, and a CD player. The wet bar located in the living room is ideal for entertaining. The kitchen has plenty of prep space and is fully equipped for any cook, including a stainless steel French door refrigerator/freezer, oven, microwave, glass top electric stove, dishwasher, and coffee maker.

The Master Suite has a King Bed, flat-screen TV, comfortable reading chair, and full double sink bathroom. The master bedroom has a patio, which is nicely located on the east side of the home, which is a perfect place to enjoy your morning cup of coffee.

The 1st guest room has a queen bed. The 2nd full bathroom is located off the hallway and via the guest room, which works perfectly for the guest but can also double as a powder room. The 2nd guest room has two double beds, perfect for families or groups. All of the bedrooms have ceiling fans you can adjust to your comfort.

The private patio provides a front-row seat for relaxing and enjoying one of PGA's most honored views. This perfect outside seating area has a natural gas BBQ, table, chairs, and two relaxing lounges, great for sunbathing or diving into your latest novel.

The home looks out over the Palmer course fairway, the premier location to watch some golf and marvel at the gorgeous desert mountain backdrop.

The residential pool and hot tub are available at your convenience—two pool choices are within a very short walking distance.

The laundry room has a full-size washer, dryer, and ironing board. The home has a landline telephone with free nationwide and Canadian long-distance calling.

Close by is the Stadium Course clubhouse with full dining, bar, lounge, and patio (with fire pit), which overlooks the course's final hole. It’s a great place for happy hour. If you want to play golf at PGA West, you have three public courses: The TPC Stadium, The Greg Norman, and The Jack Nicklaus Tournament. If you wish to venture out to 1 of the more than 120 courses in the valley, we recommend you try calling “Stand-By Golf” for discounted tee times.

Enjoy some of the many world-class events that are available to you throughout the Coachella Valley. If you enjoy tennis, minutes away is the home of the BNP Paribas Open Tennis Classic at Indian Wells World Class Tennis Stadium, held from March 4th - 17th, with over 300 top-rated tennis players worldwide. In April comes the Music Festivals. Now, two weekends in a row of Coachella Fest, and the last weekend of April is Stagecoach. Your home is also located close to the famous Polo Grounds, where you can enjoy top-ranked polo matches for free and have a tailgate picnic with your friends at the same time.

La Quinta has many Zagat-rated restaurants and bars with live music. You are never far away from the many other choices offered along El Paseo (the Rodeo Drive of Palm Desert) for shopping, restaurants, and works of art.

Nice and clean place. Dated. Looks like it hasn’t been upgraded for many years and brings back memories of the rat pack time in Palm Springs. Small thing but would recommend getting a better Keureg coffee maker. And unfortunate that the third bedroom doesn’t have a door on it.

We enjoyed our stay very much. The place is just as the photos show. Very well equipped kitchen, laundry room, lots of towels and toys for pool. We used the bikes but the tires were low and your pump didn't have the right valve. We used the grill and would have cleaned the grate but there wasn't a grill brush. Things are in good shape overall but the master dresser drawers are a bit wonky. Loved the proximity to the pool. It would have been nice to have the porch light on for our arrival because it was dark when we arrived which made getting the key out of the box a struggle. Thank you again for a well equipped and comfy place.

Weekend golf trip

This was our first VRBO rental. It was a very pleasant experience with great communication from property manager who answered all of our questions. Enjoyed the view of the mountains, riding bikes thru the neighborhoods, the cooled off each night in the pool.

We stayed at this property while we were in town for a horse show. We enjoy getting a Vrbo so we can cook our own meals. This is a great patio home on the golf course with beautiful views. I would highly recommend it😊

PGA West is the Best

We have been to the Coachella Valley numerous times and this is our first VRBO in La Quinta. (We have a timeshare at Shadow Ridge.) This condo was perfect for our “Family Moon” with our daughter and her wife. It was all we needed to enjoy our week in the valley. We will be back!

It’s a nice older property, a little older and needed few updates. No charging stations, no coffee filters or coffee provided, filtered water would be nice and maybe some updated linens. Everything is pretty much the same from when it was built in the 80’s

Nice location with a little sun exposure in November. Had an ant invasion but found some stakes to ward off. Location of where to put trash bins was confusing. Otherwise very nice.

The property was nice - located on the beautiful golf course. Access is easy and fast. Upon entering the each time I can tell a smoker has stayed here. Smells kind of stale -- maybe from the older furniture and rugs (?). Once I'm in the house I don't smell the staleness/smoke. Beds super comfy; towels a bit sour. Furniture and accessories are nice, just outdated. I would stay here again for sure!

Our stay was nice - the unit was clean but in need to updates. Very difficult to get into the master shower with the sliding glass door - was easy to fall. The tiled countertops and cabinets were original from the 90’s. Location was excellent - we would come again. Wished the owner would have allowed use of the golf cart in the garage.

Aces & Birdies

My wife and I rented this condo for a "Family Moon" with our newlywed daughter and her wife for a week of fun in the valley. The Palm Springs area is one of our favorite playgrounds and this rental property did not disappoint. It was well equipped and the view from the patio was spectacular. We normally stay in Palm Desert (we have a timeshare at Shadow Ridge) and decided to give La Quinta a try during this visit. We played the Norman Course at PGA West as well as La Quinta Resort (Dunes Course)...both courses within a 10 minute drive from the condo. Arnold Palmer's restaurant is a 5 minute drive and is a must visit for any golfing aficionado.

Great location - could use updating.

Great location on a private golf course. Could use updating, but was as it appeared in the pictures, and clean throughout. Overall, we were pleased with the rental and would likely rent again. One downside was the neighbors dog repeatedly going to the bathroom in the garden which was two feet from the outdoor dining table. Not a great smell while sipping on morning coffee. We had to remove the droppings ourselves, both days. Additionally, that same neighbor's dog barked most of one day - eventually we closed all our blinds so it wouldn't see us through the windows, which helped a little.
