By looking at other people's reviews, it appears that we are not the only travelers to have our booking cancelled by Hotel Vacanceole without notice. Concerned by an email we received, we called our travel agent twice to confirm that our booking was still valid - and were reassured both times that the Hotel said the room was still available. "Property was full and not enough close parking. The beds were really uncomfortable. I think that for the high price we’ve paid the conditions could be better. The lady in the reception was adorable, the bedsheets and towels were exceptionally clean. It was only 3 minutes away (car) from downtown and the telecabine. The apartment was big including the rooms. "

"Très bonne résidence, appartement sympa et propre. Le balcon est agréable. Seul la piscine chauffée, trop petite et dans une pièce mal conçu et le sauna bien trop petit m'ont déçu. Dans l'ensemble très satisfaisant je le conseille"
