"Lovely hotel. Caroline on the front desk was friendly, helpful and professional. Suitable parking for motorbikes. Easy to walk into the centre of town in15 mins. Breakfast was nice and plentiful. Didn't take dinner but menu looked good and reasonably priced. Nice well stocked bar. Some nice touches including water in reception and fridge in rooms. Will definitely stay here again if travelling this way."

"Absolutely flawless. The rooms are spotless, perfectly appointed and exceptional build quality. The staff are incredibly helpful (5 star). The kitchen is outstanding - both breakfast and dinner. Local produce, expert preparation. I cannot fault this place on any level. 10/10"

"We loved Chateau de La Loue. The house is beautiful, in an idyllic location. There was lots of space, very well equipped, and the river at the bottom of the garden was stunning. Édouard and Françoise were so helpful and lovely. The house is so well equipped with wetsuits, paddling shoes, fishing rods, boules sets. Everything you need! Even two canoes. Our children loved being in the giant games room in the barn with table football and table tennis. The area is beautiful and our river trip from Ornans back to the house was a highlight. Thank you! We would love to come again "
