Nous avons séjourné 2 jours et tout c’est très bien passé . Je n’avais pas bien intégré que le logement était en fait le premier étage de la maison du propriétaire. Mais cette partie est indépendante et bien aménagée. La propriétaire est très attentive, discrète et nous avons pu profiter de la totalité du jardin pendant ce séjour ensoleillé

fiasco

the owner refused me pretending the place was already booked and you knew it. Bonjour, j’ai effectué auprès de vos services une réservation de gite pour une période de trois nuits, du 1° au 04 août 2023. La réservation m’a été confirmée le 25 juillet. Et le règlement complet effectué le 26 juillet. Lorsque le 1°août je me suis présenté au gite, les propriétaires m’ont informés que le gite était déjà loué toute la semaine via RB&B et qu’Abritel ( donc vous )était prévenu que ces dates n’étaient pas disponibles. Le plus étonnant est que le 25 juillet je recevais une demande de paiement de solde de la part du propriétaire, et le 29 juillet un courrier adressé à un mystérieux Julien donnant la marche à suivre pour acceder au gite, et supposément envoyé par les propriétaires. Quoi qu’il en soit, j’ai été obligé de prendre un hotel pour la nuit, avec mes deux enfants, et d’écourter mon séjour. Je ne sais pas vraiment quels sont les protocoles établis entre vous et les « hôtes » mais il semble qu’il y a ici un dysfonctionnement majeur sur lequel j’aimerais être éclairé. Je souhaite bien evidemment le remboursement de mon séjour, hotel compris, pour le moment. Si d’aventure les choses devaient aller plus loin, j’envisage de demander également le remboursement des frais de route (carburant et autoroute) que j’ai du engager en vain. Je porte à votre connaissance, par ailleurs, que je viens de me rendre sur votre site et que le gite en question est affiché comme libre du 1°au03 août.

Gîte agréable, tout équipé !

Gîte très sympa, avec un grand jardin fermé (rassurant pour les animaux, ou les enfants). Si le logement est placé à côté de la route (circulation de camions), le jardin est de l'autre côté (donc au calme), et des volets roulants électriques réduisent le bruit la nuit. A noter qu'une église est située juste à côté (sonne tous les quarts d'heures), mais on l'oublie vite quand on voit la grande piscine hors sol, et le barbecue ! Les propriétaire logeant en dessous (le logement est à l'étage) sont très accueillants, discrets et disponibles si besoin pour conseiller les coins sympa à visiter (en voiture car 30min de route pour les premiers lieux touristiques). Leur petit chien s'est très bien entendu avec le nôtre. Je recommande ce gîte dans un coin paisible et bien ensoleillé !
