"Nous étions un groupe de 10 adultes (avec un bébé et deux chiens) et notre séjour s’est très passé. Chacun a pu avoir son espace, on ne se marchait pas dessus. Les prestations (literie, équipements, mobilier) sont également de très bonne qualité. La communication avec Audrey fut excellente. La localisation de la maison est paradisiaque avec la mer juste à côté. "

"We had a great time in St. Louis and the property was great. JZ Properties was very responsive and gave us a 2 hour early check in because the property was ready. Thank You! First, let me say I would definitely stay there again BUT the neighbors are idiots! I knew this ahead of time because of other reviews. It doesn't matter how quiet you are, you are going to get an email from JZ Properties about the noise. I assume they have to send this as they get a call from the neighbors. We were gone...

"It’s a nice two story apartment with terrace for very little money. It is a bit run down but nothing you wouldn’t expect for the kind of money. The only thing that really bothered me was that you have to check the inventory item by item yourself. Other than that it’s a good apartment for anybody who just wants to stay the night."

Trés bonnes communications avec les propriétaires, l'extérieur est agréable et nous avons même en Bretagne réussi à utiliser le barbecue. "Die Vermieterin hatte das Haus für den gleichen Zeitraum auch noch über ein anderes Buchungsportal vermietet! Nach 15 Stunden Autofahrt standen wir vor der Tür und hatten plötzlich keine Unterkunft, denn eine andere Familie war soeben eingezogen!! Die Vermieterin war weder telefonisch noch irgendwie sonst zu erreichen und bis heute haben wir von ihr keine Erklärung oder Entschuldigung für diese Katastrophe erhalten! Um 17 Uhr mussten wir dann eine Unterkunft für uns, die Kinder und unseren Hund...

"We stayed for two weeks in the house and wonderfull garden. The house is well suited for two and more. Our two dogs loved the enclosed garden! We were welcomed most friendly by the owner and made us feel at home. We can certainly recommend this house. The weather can be unpredictable but those who love going outdoor can really have all their wishes fulfilled"
