This beautiful, bright and tastefully decorated 21 m² studio apartment, located on the 4th floor with lift, consists of :

## Neighborhood

The studio is located a stone's throw from the Minimes beach and opposite the port, from where you can easily get to the Old Port of La Rochelle and the historic centre by an electric shuttle boat. Guarded by the Chain Tower and the Saint-Nicolas Tower, the Old Port has inspired many artists. After strolling along the quays, visitors are invited to wander through the pretty streets of the old town. Renaissance patrician houses and old half-timbered houses follow one another. The many small shops in the pedestrian zones and the streets lined with arcades have everything to satisfy the shopping enthusiast. Finally, you will find numerous restaurants and shops at the foot of the residence. Numerous cycle paths will enable you to discover La Rochelle, its history, its museums and its magnificent aquarium!

Bon séjour malgré un temps maussade
L’appartement est situé au port des minimes. La zone n’est pas des plus jolies car il y a de gros immeubles en face en plus de la vue sur le port. Appartement conforme aux photos. Assez petit mais suffisant pour un court séjour pour deux personnes. Tout était très propre à notre arrivée. La literie est confortable et la terrasse est spacieuse. Néanmoins, il y a quelques points d’usure à rafraîchir : salle de bain un peu datée et il n’y a pas de rideau de douche ou paroi de douche dans la baignoire. C’est un peu pénible. Quelques traces sur les murs. Mobilier un peu rouillé sur la terrasse. Communication avec notre agent Welkeys Nolwenn super 👍. Personne très sympathique et disponible. En conclusion petit apparement sympathique pour un court séjour mais un petit rafraîchissement est à prévoir surtout au niveau de la salle de bain.

Studio parfait pour un mini séjour.
Nous avons eu une météo clémente, ce qui nous a permis de sortir toute la journée. Ce studio très propre m'aurait paru trop petit en cas de mauvais temps. Mais je tiens à préciser qu'il ne manquait rien. La terrasse est très grande et certainement très appréciée pour paresser, ce que nous n'avons pas fait. Conclusion : je recommande vraiment ce logement pour une escapade à La Rochelle.

Nous avons très apprécier notre séjour. Nous somme ravis d’avoir était bien accueillis avec toutes les informations nécessaire pour passer un bon séjour. L’appartement est très joli et complet, bien placer avec tout à proximité (restaurants, épicerie, plage…). Juste un petit problème avec le verrou de la porte d’entrée (clef verte) qui était parfois difficile à fermer de l’extérieure. Nous hésiterons pas à repasser par vous pour une future location.
