Très bien mais un peu petit pour 5 personnes. Un deuxième jeu de clés serait le bienvenu. Le parking est très pratique

Dans l'annonce il est noté 3 chambres puis 1 chambre et 1 mezzanine ??? Logement un peu petit pour 5/6 personnes et 1 seul jeu de clés!! Prélèvement de 100% du loyer à la réservation puis aucune réponse aux mails jusque 3 jours avant l'entrée. Un peu limite la communication.

Apparemment très agréable et trés bien placé avec en prime une place de parking privée. Pas besoin de prendre la voiture et la Rochelle est une ville agréable et animée. Seule petite remarque l'escalier un peu pentu pour accéder à la mezzanine et alèse du lit tachee

Appartement cosy idéalement situé , proche de tous commerces , place de parking , un plus à ne pas négliger à La Rochelle , contact avec le propriétaire pertinent et quelle belle ville ! Sans compter les musées , les restots et la vue , belle ballade en perspective

Appartement rénové avec goût bien situé avec parking ! Cependant les oreillers et couettes, tapis sont tachés... douche avec cheveux. Accueil 15 h 30 appel pour me dire 15 h j'accepte et téléphone dès notre arrivée pensant bien faire... on me fait une remarque disant que je donnais plusieurs horaires !!!!

En plein coeur du centre ville de la Rochelle top pour se balader a pied sur le port , l'aquarium le vieux centre. A proximité des restaurants de la gare. Et le la place de parking.

Bel appartement bien situé pas besoin de prendre la voiture pour sortir. Le petit plus la place de parking. Par contre du rafraîchissement à prévoir dans l appartement (peinture,pomme de douche a changer ,rambarde a resserrer, ménage un peu plus approfondi et surtout vérifier que le bip fonctionne pour ouvrir le portail car nous avons été embêter , plus d arrivé d eau dans les toilette en eau ) . Merci à Sylvie d avoir été disponible

Séjour agréable dans cet appartement idéalement placé près du vieux port et du centre ville. Nous avons été au calme avec notre enfant de 4 ans. La literie était confortable et le nécessaire de cuisine parfaitement adapté. Seul bémol concernant la propreté (oreillers et couettes tâchés et poussières)
