Staff were fantastic, especially the bar staff. Very welcoming and friendly. Hotel was spotless and quiet. The pool area was really nice. Lovely bedrooms (in hindsight I should have booked a larger room, as was a bit tight, but totally my own fault). Cleaned every day, towels replenished. Really nice location. Within walking distance of everything.

Quiet and just in the right place of town, near to everything ie airport train shops activities. Room was compact with no fridge or real cupboard space. Tea coffee was not replaced so had to get our own (small things) Taxi from airport to hotel was 25 euros but when ordered through the hotel it was 55 euros. Again it’s the little things that let you down?? Overall it was pretty basic but I guess 4star

Hôtel très bien situé

Hôtel agréable, très propre, très bien situé sur La Rochelle. Petit déjeuner très copieux . Seul bémol, alarme incendie à 6h ! Indépendant ou pas de leur volonté, on ne sait pas car aucun mot de la part du personnel pour s’excuser du désagrément…ce qui aurait été le minimum !

Have stayed here before so know the hotel is in a great position in the old port. Room was on the small side however and would have liked a bath but only a shower available. There was a kettle in the room but no cups (?) and no fridge

Très bon séjour dans un hôtel de qualité. Très bien situé et un personnel très professionnel. Juste une petite remarque nous avions ce qu'il faut en dosette de café ou thé mais un seul sachet d'infusion, alors que nous étions deux.
