Appartement très propre et moderne. 20 minutes à pied du centre de La Rochelle, dans un quartier très calme (même avec le camping pour les camping-cars juste à côté). Le balcon est un grand plus et bien situé. Nous aurions aimé un petit four et un grille-pain mais sinon il y avait assez d'utensiles. Et MERCI à Hervé pour nous avoir rencontrer à "nos heures" pour le check-in et check-out. Et parking privé vraiment apprécié. Nous serions restés plus longtemps si nous l'avions pu.

Super terrasse !
Un bel appartement, situé à environ 3 km du vieux port. La grande terrasse est vraiment très appréciable et la literie est de bonne qualité.

Bon séjour en famille à La Rochelle
Nous avons passé une bonne semaine à La Rochelle dans cet appartement bien situé : proche du centre ville et des lieux touristiques (accessibles aisément en vélo ou bus) mais sans les difficultés de stationnement : parking et local vélo très pratiques. L'appartement est également bien situé pour se rendre sur l'ile de Ré et l'accueil a été impeccable.

Emplacement du logement idéalement situé proximité port neuf, plages, commerces, la Rochelle, l'Aquarium, la ville historique à deux pas... Accès parking appréciable, permet des sorties courtes ou longues lors de visites touristique et de retrouver sa place sans galère ! Propriétaire correct, visite logement, règles et modalités claires. Loin des bruits des francofolies, appréciable aussi. Bruits de rue, proximité d'un camping à 50m ou 100m dans la même rue, qui ne génère que du passage de camping car, pas trop bruyant de ce côté et même logement bien isolé, mais en juillet fenêtres ouvertes nécessaire pour faire entrer l'air la nuit et donc des bruits mais ceci dit passé une certaine heure, tranquille. Seul point gênant qui nous a vallu de l'occulter, la fenêtre de la suisine au-dessus de l'évier, la nuit, car la banquette très grande et confortable par ailleurs et malgré tous les rideaux occultants de la baie vitrée qui donne sur la grande terrasse, la lumière de l'éclairage nocturne de ville est trop gênante, il manquerait un petit rideau occultant côté fenêtre de la cuisine pour rendre ce logement encore plus confortable 😉 mais nous avons occulté à notre façon, juste pour info sur un logement déjà très bien, peut-être une petite amélioration à suggérer pour le propriétaire, qu'il n'aura pas manqué de lire ici.... Merci à eux. 😊 LP
