Recently refreshed with a new coat of paint, this 48 m² space on the 2nd floor will charm you with its exceptional natural light.

A true balcony overlooking the city, it features two windows opening directly onto the port, offering a magnificent panoramic view and a privileged vista of La Rochelle's iconic towers.

For your nights, the layout has been designed for everyone's comfort. The spacious bedroom has a double bed (140x190 cm) and a single bed (80x190 cm), perfect for a couple with a child.

In the living room, a sofa bed (138x190 cm) provides comfortable accommodation for two additional guests.

Linens and towels are provided for an extra charge.

The apartment is fully equipped to ensure your complete independence.
You will have a bathroom with plumbing and fixtures in good condition, including a recently installed toilet. The kitchen is ready for your culinary talents, equipped with an oven, microwave, and a classic filter coffee maker for waking up to a view of the harbor. For longer stays, a washing machine is also available.

You can stay connected with the included Wi-Fi. Please note that pets are not allowed.

## Transports
From the SNCF train station: On foot (most recommended): The walk takes approximately 12 to 15 minutes. Upon exiting the station, follow Avenue du Général de Gaulle straight ahead; it will lead you directly to Quai Valin, then to Cours des Dames, which runs along the Old Port.

By bus (Yélo network): Several lines provide service in less than 10 minutes.
